SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Due to the nature of their contents, shipments sent via insured shipping require a signature upon receipt.

Shipping charges range from $40–$60 for Overnight Delivery depending on the destination's zone. Saturday Delivery is $85.

All international orders may be subject to duties for customs clearance upon arrival to the recipient's country. The customer is responsible for these fees. Anne Sisteron is not liable for these costs.

Anne Sisteron is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages shipped via Ground Uninsured shipping. By selecting this shipping method, you accept full risk of loss or damage in transit. Insured shipping is available at checkout and requires a signature upon delivery to guarantee coverage. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery before the package is held at the local facility for pickup.

Please be advised that if a package is returned to Anne Sisteron (the sender) after three delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for shipping and all associated costs (including insurance) to resend.
