Due to the nature of their contents, all shipped packages require a signature upon receipt.
Orders placed on weekdays by 3:00 PM PST ship out the same day, unless an item is on back order.
Anne Sisteron offers free shipping worldwide with the following guidelines:
Free Domestic 2-Day shipping via FedEx in the United States. Shipping charges range from $25 - $50 for Overnight Delivery depending on the destination’s zone. Saturday Delivery is $65.
Free International Shipping on orders over $250 via FedEx International Priority. This service typically takes 2-5 business days. For any order under $250, a $45 flat rate will be applied for international shipping. Orders under $500 that are shipping to Dubai will be charged the $45 flat rate for international shipping.
All international orders may be subject to duties for customs clearance upon arrival to the recipient's country. The customer is responsible for these fees. Anne Sisteron is not liable for these costs.
Please be advised that if a package is returned to Anne Sisteron (the sender) after three delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for shipping and all associated costs (including insurance) to resend.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Original priced items ordered on AnneSisteron.com must be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy. Custom ordered items are final sale. Items purchased during any sale promotion are final sale.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without its tags will not be eligible for a refund.
If your piece(s) does not fit, please do not wear them and contact us immediately. We cannot refund or replace lost merchandise.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning any item.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 days upon receipt.
** Please Note ** All returns must have tracking information and need to be properly insured through the courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) as AnneSisteron.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

STORE RETURN POLICY
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn and have the tags attached to be eligible for store credit or exchange. Custom ordered items are excluded from exchanges and are final sale.

We value our quality and craftmanship at Anne Sisteron Fine Jewelry. Jewelry is fragile and should be handled with utmost care. If you ever need a repair with any jewelry purchased through www.annesisteron.com or our Beverly Hills boutique, please email email@example.com. Please provide your Order Number, Name, Return Address, Repair Issue and attach any images that we may find helpful.
Repairs after 6 months of purchase may be an additional fee according to the nature of the item.

If you do not see the color or size you are looking for online, each item can be special ordered and is offered in 14KT or 18KT Rose, White or Yellow Gold.
