General Terms and Conditions
Anne Sisteron reserves the right to terminate or make changes to the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture of any unused, but accumulated luxe points and/or rewards. Your account must be in good standing to earn and redeem rewards. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in the Anne Sisteron loyalty program in the event of fraud, abuse of privileges or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Luxe points cannot be applied to account for purchases made prior to January 1, 2020. This program is valid for orders placed on www.annesisteron.com or in store purchases at our Beverly Hills location only. You must have an active email account or provide your email for in store purchases luxe points to apply to your account.

How do I participate?
In order to join the program, just click “Account” on the top right corner of our navigation menu and create an account. Once completed, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points. You will be automatically opted into the Anne Sisteron Rewards Program after agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you already have an account, you will automatically be enrolled in the program and will begin earning luxe points on your future purchases (just make sure you log into your account before completing your order). Luxe points are applied to already active accounts based on purchases made after January 1, 2020.
You may also sign up for our Loyalty Program by clicking on the “Rewards” tab at the bottom of the page. Click “Earn Points” and under earning points is “Join Our Loyalty Program”, select this option to begin creating your account.
It is free to join and customers are not obligated to participate and use luxe points earned or accumulated. Once a customer deactivates their account, luxe points will not be redeemable, transferable, or applicable to any future purchases after deactivation.
How can I earn luxe points?
You can earn luxe points by completing actions listed in the rewards tab. Just click on the “Rewards” tab to see the list of activities available for you to participate in . You automatically earn 50 luxe points just for signing up! You will earn 1 luxe point for every $10 you spend on the website or in-store excluding any discount, tax, and shipping costs.

*The use of Luxe Points to redeem merchandise is subject to the availability of the redeemable item(s). If points are used to redeem an out-of-stock reward, luxe points will be refunded to your account. Luxe Point refunds cannot be exchanged for product value in cash or gift card compensation.
**Only one discount reward will be applicable for your next purchase at checkout and cannot be combined with any discount codes or promotions.
How do I redeem my luxe points?
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on the “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of redeemable awards. When your luxe points are eligible to be redeemed for a reward, it will appear in your account. Simply select which reward you would like to redeem and it will automatically be applied to your cart at checkout. You may redeem multiple complimentary rewards and one discount reward to a single purchase. Only one discount code can be applied per checkout session.
How do I check my luxe points balance?
Log into your account by clicking 'Account' on the upper right-hand side of the screen. Enter your email address and password and click 'Login'. In the upper right-hand side of the screen, click your account name. Select "View Profile" from the dropdown menu. Your point balance will appear there.
How long will it take for luxe points to post to my account?
Your luxe points will automatically post to your account after a purchase is completed.
Do my luxe points expire?
Yes, your luxe points expire 365 days after your purchase. Your tier status may also change depending on your cumulative spend from the previous 365 days. To maintain Gem level, you must spend above $5,000 annually. To maintain Diamond level, you must spend $10,000 annually.
What happens to my luxe points if I make a return or exchange?
When you return an item, you forfeit the associated luxe points earned from the original purchase.
What if I'm missing credit for a purchase?
If you do not see your luxe points appear in your account after your original order was placed, please email us at email@example.com. Please note only orders placed after January 1, 2020 are applicable.
Can I combine my rewards with a discount code or promotion?
No discount reward may be redeemed if there is an active discount code applied to your cart. Discount promotions cannot be combined. Complimentary rewards may be redeemed with one discount reward.
When can I redeem my Birthday Reward?
You will receive an email on the first day of your birthday month notifying you of your eligibility to use the time-sensitive discount. The Birthday Reward is automatically applied to your account and can be redeemed for one purchase made before the last day of the month. The discount reward will expire on the last day of your birthday month. Make sure you are receiving email notifications from us in order to receive your reward notifications.
Can I give my points to a friend or family member?
Points and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the original owner of the account whose name matches details provided upon signing up to participate in our loyalty program.
